- Operate and maintain complex network infrastructure and management systems
- Plan and execute commissioning and operational IT projects
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in complex system environments
- Develop technical concepts, documentation, and decision-making materials
- Design and implement tools, workflows, and automation processes
- Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction through monitoring and improvements

Essential Skills - Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in IT administration
- Strong experience with Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus switches
- ITIL Expert certification or equivalent knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management and stakeholder coordination experience
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Strong documentation, presentation, and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and network administration tools
