Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CAPEX Projects:
  Manage the full project lifecycle – planning, budgeting, execution, and closing
• Ensure Safety & Compliance:
  Follow engineering standards, local laws, and internal safety policies
• Manage Documentation:
  Keep technical documentation (P&IDs, SOPs, maintenance logs) up to date
• Coordinate with Vendors:
  Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth execution
• Team Leadership:
  Guide project team members and support internal stakeholders
• Risk Management:
  Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track timelines, budgets, and report transparently on project progress
• Value Optimization:
  Ensure best value for money, efficient schedules, and high HSE standards

Performance Metrics:

• Monthly budget tracking (CAPEX forecast vs actual)
• On-time delivery and adherence to approved scope
• Cost accuracy and deviation control

Key Collaboration Areas:

• Internal Teams: Engineering, Production, HSE, Procurement, Finance
• External Partners: Contractors, suppliers, and engineering firms
• Peer Projects: Participate in project reviews and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field
• 10+ years of project management experience (CAPEX > €2 million)
• Background in manufacturing or process industries preferred
• Comfortable working in international project environments

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of Planview & AutoCAD
• Skilled in project planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management
