Lead-Piping Engineer at Wesseling ,Germany

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

'(1) Strong working experience of European design codes 
(2) Knowledge of local statutory guidelines and approvals
(3)Exposure of American codes would be added advantage.
(4) Strong working experience in design & detailing of  process/non process buildings, equipment foundations, pipe-racks, water retaining structure etc.
(5) Good understanding of 3D model based detail engineering, interfaces with 3D Admin.
(6) Basic understanding of Piping stress analysis concepts.
(7) Prepare manhour estimates and understand scope of work
(8) Site coordination for inputs and providing mark-up on layouts/drawings and close coordinatio with offshore team 
(9) Good understanding of Interdiscipline interfaces and coordination.

Qualification:

• BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering

"(1)German and English speaking (both must)

(2)Good exposure of brownfield & greenfield projects.

(3) Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in Piping Detail Engineering of Oil & Gas and/or Chemical Sector projects, executed on a 3D model platform.

(4) Hands on experience in Piping deliverables like Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Piping Layout, Piping MTO, Piping Isometrics, Pipe Supports."
