Project Engineering Manager at Wesseling ,Germany

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

1. Coordination with all stakeholders incl. Client ,suppliers/vendor, Engineering consultant/
contractor etc.
2. Site coordination and site walk through for inputs and providing mark‐up on layouts/drawings.
3. Support in preparation of project schedule and aligning with Client
4. Multi-disciplinery basic knowledge of Process, Mechanical, CSA, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation.
5. Preparation of project status report and participation in daily/regular site meeting and design review meetings. Understand Client comments on IFA/IFC deliverables & bridge the gap between Offshore team and Client teams.
6. Preparation of Tender document/SOW document
7  Supporting client in finalisation of vendors
8. Follow‐up vendors for delivery, conducting FAT/SAT
9. Project execution including coordination with Offshore  Engineering Team, Site team, vendors and contractors for installation and commissioning
10. Coordinate with Client PM and arrange Purchase Order, Project Change Note approval.
11. Close Co-ordination between Client & Offshore team and expedite inputs/comments from Client.
12. Support Client post IFC package submission. i.e during Pre-TA & Turn around time.

Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

"- German and English speaking (both must)

-Engineer with min. 15 years’ experience in Project coordination,

-Liasioning with Client & Offshore team,

•Exceptional problem solving and sound decision-making capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
