- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience Strong expertise in German and European product safety and compliance regulations .
- In-depth understanding of accreditation standards and internal process frameworks
- Proven experience in developing and implementing verification, validation, and certification services
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in knowledge management and documentation practices
- Ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts effectively Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach to work
- Fluent German (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
