Description
Key Responsibilities
Support and execution of construction projects, including performance monitoring of external contractors and escalation management
Determination of material requirements and external services
Maintenance of documentation, databases, and operational records
Processing and completion of operational and investment orders
Formal implementation and monitoring of road safety measures
Coordination with municipalities, utility providers, and development companies
Responsibility for requesting, managing, and invoicing contractor services
Depending on the project, additional responsibilities may include:
Technical review and approval of planning proposals for investment and expenditure measures
Support in tendering processes and management of construction projects (expansion, conversion, civil engineering, maintenance)
Acting as client representative and managing external service providers
Cost, schedule, and quality control, including reporting and escalation handling
Required Experience & Qualifications
Completed vocational training (skilled worker / certified skilled worker)
Proven experience in construction supervision of communication networks
Experience in service provider management and control
Knowledge of right-of-way regulations
Valid Class B driving licence
Willingness to work on outdoor construction sites
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of project management
Strong analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills, particularly with authorities and public bodies
Knowledge of data entry management
Knowledge of construction law and order processing
