Senior Consultant – Machine Learning Engineering

Location: Germany (Multiple Locations)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Machine Learning Engineering to design, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves building scalable AI architectures, developing Large Language Model (LLM) applications, integrating AI solutions into existing systems, and working closely with customers to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build, deploy, and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
• Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Design scalable AI architectures and integrate them with existing enterprise systems.
• Develop and deploy production-ready Machine Learning models.
• Analyze data to improve AI model performance and generate business insights.
• Conduct technical workshops and present AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver customer-focused AI solutions.
• Support technical pre-sales activities and contribute to AI solution proposals.
• Stay updated with the latest AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning development or consulting.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers.
• Experience integrating APIs and deploying scalable Machine Learning solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LlamaIndex or LangChain.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Experience supporting technical pre-sales activities.
