Description
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile) practices to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the development team by removing blockers and enabling continuous improvement.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, collaboration, and self-organization.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of embedded software solutions.
- Monitor team performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and productive working environment.
Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of embedded systems development, including firmware, RTOS, and hardware-software integration.
- Experience handling constraints related to real-time systems and embedded environments.
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks.
Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in medical or healthcare domain projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
