Description
Your Responsibilities
- HR Administration:
- Draft employment contracts, handle personnel changes, and manage various correspondence.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding, including registrations/deregistrations with social security authorities and maintaining payroll data.
- Prepare employment confirmations, interim, and final work certificates.
- Employee Records & Organization:
- Manage electronic personnel files and organize long-service awards.
- Ensure accurate time tracking and perform necessary corrections promptly.
- Training Coordination:
- Organize internal and external training programs, including language, technical, and leadership courses, and manage related administration.
- Onboarding & Recruitment Support:
- Arrange trial days for prospective employees and oversee related processes.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and introductory sessions for new employees.
- HR Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners across various tasks.
Your Profile
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Commercial education background with proven experience in Human Resources (minimum 3 years).
- Additional qualification as an HR Assistant is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office and HR applications (experience with Abacus and Rexx is an advantage).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German. French and/or Italian language skills are a significant advantage.

- Team player with a reliable, conscientious, and proactive approach.
- High degree of initiative and the ability to bring creative ideas to the table
