This position is offered on behalf of a premium client of Excelloit Consultancy Services GmbH.
Excelloit is a multidisciplinary consulting firm active in talent acquisition, digital transformation, and energy subsidy consulting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Network Services division (approx. 60 employees)
• Strategically develop the team in terms of people, technology, and finance
• Conduct planning for budgeting, forecasting, and personnel development
• Integrate new clients into operational processes
• Manage national and international projects
• Define and optimize standards, processes, and service offerings
• Drive business development in the respective customer segment
• Evaluate technologies and further develop portfolio elements

Your Profile:

• Several years of leadership and management experience in IT
• Master's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong knowledge of network technologies (e.g., Ethernet, ACI, Firewalls, routers, load balancers)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer focus
• Empathetic and professional presence at management and CxO level
• Structured working style, resilience, and strategic thinking
• Coaching and team leadership skills
• Fluent in both German and English
