Description

Area of ​​responsibility : Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Greater Bremen, Lower Saxony, especially Hannover area, Braunschweig area, Wolfsburg area, Osnabrück area 

  • Sales and turnover expansion in Nielsen Area 1 (Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, Bremen) (70% in the field) 
  • Regular presence (once a month) at the HQ in Düsseldorf for team meetings with the National Key Account Manager Germany and for marketing campaigns.
  • Systematic market development and implementation of sales and marketing concepts 
  • Consulting/support for existing and loyal customers and acquisition of new customers in the field of food retailing, including MBU (Multi-owner) support 
  • Responsibility for target specifications, shelf layouts, product positioning concepts and product assortment recommendations 
  • Observation of competitors and the market 
  • Supervision in the regional sales office 
  • Support, realisation of customer events, internal trade fairs 
  • Analysis and evaluation of sales activities 
  • Preparation of presentations for customers and preparation of documents for annual meetings 
  • Professional representation of the company 
  • Preparation of meaningful visit reports
  • With a lot of personal responsibility and organisational talent, the employee plans his/her own appointments and implements strategic guidelines

Requirements for candidates

  • At least 2 years professional experience in sales
  • At least 2 years experience with FMCG (consumer goods)
  • Experience with food retail trade
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
