Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Omni Developer to join our team. As an Omni Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Omni Channel applications that provide seamless user experiences across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and implement features that enhance our customers' interactions with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, proficiency in Omni Channel technologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Omni Channel applications to meet business requirements and user needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Architect scalable and extensible solutions that integrate with existing systems and technologies.
Implement best practices for code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
Develop responsive user interfaces that provide a consistent experience across desktop, mobile, and other devices.
Integrate with third-party systems and APIs to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.
Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the reliability and quality of the applications.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of the applications.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Omni Channel development, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
Collaborate with team members, including designers, product managers, and other developers, in an Agile environment to deliver features and enhancements on time and within scope.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a software developer, with expertise in frontend and/or backend development.
Experience with Omni Channel technologies, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SAP Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, such as JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular), Java, Python, or others.
Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.
