Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Application Support Management:
    • Support and further develop applications within SAP (JIT/JIS, SD, MM).
    • Analyze, conceive, and optimize new and existing business processes in collaboration with various departments.
  2. Customizing and Technical Implementation:
    • Customize and technically implement SAP-related IT processes.
    • Conduct error analysis and correction as part of 2nd and 3rd level support.
  3. Change Management:
    • Understand and document business requirements for change requests.
    • Assess requirements, including implementation options, cost estimation, and timeline.
    • Create and implement functional and technical concepts.
    • Define processes and methods for configurations, tests, transport, and introduction.
  4. Testing and Documentation:
    • Participate in system test preparation and maintain end-to-end scenarios.
    • Execute IT tests, including test case creation and documentation.
    • Collaborate with external service providers for implementation, if necessary.
    • Document solutions (functional/technical specifications) and create/update user manuals.
  5. Training and Go-Live Preparation:
    • Participate in the development of training concepts and materials.
    • Implement employee and key user training.
    • Prepare for Go-Live and provide Hypercare support.
Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent training/practical experience.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience with various SAP modules (SD, JIT/JIS).
  • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management.
  • Good understanding of automotive business processes.
  • Independent working style, teamwork ability, and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent presentation skills and high social competence in dealing with internal and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
