Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support and Development:
- Provide application support and further development in SAP environments (MM, WM/LE).
- Analyze, conceive, and optimize new and existing business processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Customizing and Technical Implementation:
- Execute customizing and technical implementations within SAP.
- Document SAP-relevant IT processes.
- Perform error analysis and correction as part of 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Change Management and Solution Delivery:
- Design, build, and test solutions as part of change management.
- Understand and document business requirements for approved change requests.
- Assess requirements including implementation options, cost, and time estimation.
- Conceptualization and Process Definition:
- Create and implement functional and technical concepts.
- Define processes and methods for configuration, testing, transportation, and introduction.
- Participate in system test preparation and maintain end-to-end scenarios.
- Execute IT tests, including test case creation and documentation.
- Implementation and Documentation:
- Implement solutions, potentially in cooperation with external service providers.
- Document solutions, including functional and technical specifications.
- Create and update user manuals and training materials.
- Go-Live Preparation and Hypercare:
- Prepare for system go-live and provide hypercare support.
- Contribute to the development of training concepts and materials.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in various SAP modules (MM, WM/LE).
- Basic knowledge of IT Service Management.
- Good understanding of automotive business processes.
- Independent work ethic, strong teamwork, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High social competence.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
