Description
1. Responsible for complete supply chain from procurement, production to end customer, internal, external flows, budget, strategy, improvements.
2. Design of complete supply chain for new projects
3. Leading of customer logistics negotiations and customer focus relationship，Main logistics contact for customers in development phase. Leading of customer meetings
4. Supplier management/development, procurement
5. Internal flows and processes, including lean logistics and efficiency.
6. Production control and scheduling.
7. Responsible for stock value and complete supply chain stock.
8. Responsibility of customer management – procurement + logistics flow
9. Head of Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, Planning, Process, WH operations
10. Responsible of IT and Continuous improvement team
11. Leading team
12. Other work from supervisor.
Qualifications:
1.Familiar with European auto parts procurement process.
2.Familiar with the distribution of European suppliers and supplier capabilities, focusing on whole chair products.
3.able to develop inventory strategy and distribution strategy.
4.Able to effectively control supply chain cost and supply assessment risk.
5.More than 10 years of supply chain experience in Europe and more than 5 years of team experience.
