4.                  Define PI Planning goals and align with suppliers

5.                  Report of status

6.                  Creation of Function-Implementation-Overview

7.                  Verify the features and create the tickets

8.                  Approve the SW component

9.                  Special status report (distinctive topic for Management or Workshop) incl. Escalation topics

10.             Project status report for respective projects, incl. HCP3 AND ICC focused System overview

11.             Documentation of project scope incl. Status, Maturity, SOP Reachability

12.             Documentation plan / Project profile of the respective projects

13.             Documentation of Stakeholders and responsibilities

14.             Documentation of Project Rules

15.             Project Time plan for respective projects

16.             Project (SW) Release Plan for respective projects

17.             Open Point Lists (OPLs)
