Description
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process validation within the medical device industry.
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of IQ, OQ, and PQ processes. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA, GMP, and ISO 134852.
· Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong technical writing skills for creating validation documentation1.
· Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
· Communication: Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Advanced Certification: Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
· Experience with Other Standards: Knowledge of other relevant standards such as ISO 9001 and EU MDR
