Machine Operator

Location: Waghäusel, Germany (On-site)
Working Hours: Full-time,
Experience: 3–5 years
Language: German C2

Job Responsibilities

• Weigh raw materials according to recipes and prepare products for production.
• Operate production machines, including capsule-filling and filling equipment, after training.
• Operate labelling machines and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Record production activities and process production orders using an ERP system.
• Maintain high quality standards and follow hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in production and machine operation is essential.
• A qualification as a Machine and Plant Operator, Food Technology Specialist, or similar is preferred.
• Experience handling similar products is an advantage.
• ERP system experience is preferred.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently in a small, family-oriented team.
• A stable employment history is preferred.
• A forklift licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
