Product Industrialization Engineer

Location: Boblingen, Germany

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce new products into production.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Act as the technical point of contact for suppliers.
• Support supplier qualification and development.
• Manage technical clarifications and product approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with OEM products, preferably in the medical technology industry.
• Strong understanding of complex supply chains and product structures.
• Experience managing products or components in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of quality management tools such as FMEA, APQP, and IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Project management experience with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
