Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships in the defense sector
  • Create and execute account and sales strategies, including budget planning
  • Identify new business opportunities and market growth potential
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solution concepts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from requirement analysis to contract closure
  • Conduct customer presentations and represent the company at events and trade fairs
  • Monitor market and competitor activities
  • Maintain CRM/ERP systems and prepare customer reports
  • Support pricing and discount decisions within defined frameworks

Revenue Responsibility

  • Indirect revenue responsibility up to approx. €25 million
  • Gross profit responsibility up to approx. €10 million

Required Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business, technology, or comparable training
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Defense ICT
  • Strong understanding of the defense IT market
  • Established network within the defense industry
  • Experience in IT, Cyber Security, Cloud, and SAP solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (German native required)
