Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships in the defense sector
- Create and execute account and sales strategies, including budget planning
- Identify new business opportunities and market growth potential
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solution concepts
- Manage the full sales cycle from requirement analysis to contract closure
- Conduct customer presentations and represent the company at events and trade fairs
- Monitor market and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM/ERP systems and prepare customer reports
- Support pricing and discount decisions within defined frameworks
Revenue Responsibility
- Indirect revenue responsibility up to approx. €25 million
- Gross profit responsibility up to approx. €10 million
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in business, technology, or comparable training
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Defense ICT
- Strong understanding of the defense IT market
- Established network within the defense industry
- Experience in IT, Cyber Security, Cloud, and SAP solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (German native required)
