Key Skills & Expertise Strong experience in Altimetry data processing and product development Expertise in Remote Sensing and Ocean Surface Topography Technical knowledge of Copernicus missions (Sentinel-3, Sentinel-6, CRISTAL) Proficiency in Level 1 & Level 2 algorithm development, calibration, and validation Experience in scientific and operational data processing environments Understanding of satellite mission operations and ground segment systems Analytical, problem-solving, and research skills for new algorithm and product design Familiarity with Earth Observation systems (ESA, CNES, NASA, NOAA, JPL, etc.) Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Leadership experience in managing technical/scientific teams (desirable) Degree in Remote Sensing, Physics, Oceanography, or related discipline
