Assistant Lead Engineer / Lead Engineer – Data Science at Nagpur (Preference) | Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in at least one core Data Science domain: Computer Vision, NLP, ML, or Forecasting.
• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Lead teams in designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship on algorithms, tools, and advanced methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, data accuracy, and model performance benchmarks.
• Drive innovation and contribute to new Data Science solution offerings.
• Promote continuous learning and skill development within the team.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring business value delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in AI/ML and Data Science.
• Develop foundational skills in Data Engineering, MLOps, Product Engineering, or Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

🧩 Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Python / R / TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn / Keras.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis.
• Expertise in model development, validation, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in data cleaning, feature engineering, and visualization.
• Understanding of model interpretability and business applicability.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of team mentorship and technical leadership.
