High Level JD:

Business Analyst

• Develop and refine analytic deliverables to summarize HPE’s performance in cost relief requests regarding vendors, businesses, geographies, and other relevant categories.
• Redesign the Executive dashboard (Power BI, PowerPoint, and Adobe expertise).
• Develop competitive analysis as applicable for our related deals.

Technical Skills:

• Support the execution of SDOT-related projects as they impact daily cost relief processes.
• Regional resources to augment existing workforce in the cost relief request processing, analytics, and consultation.
• Address business support tickets and re-assign tickets to tech team as needed.

1. Program Management
   • Manage customer project delivery of onboarding roadmap of selected vendor cost relief request processes Drive process improvement and automation efforts to streamline and/or automate processes.
   • Investigate and submit business requirements to address advanced user and Business Group reporting needs.
2. Project Management
   • Manage governance requirements to manage request and project delivery processes.
   • Capturing and tracking business user requirements for the SDOT cost relief process and tools enhancements.
