Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Developer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on developing and operating a large-scale public cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native technologies, software development, DevSecOps, automation, and container platforms.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying cloud-based applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-native applications.
• Build automation tools and infrastructure solutions.
• Develop scalable software for cloud platform services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Improve platform performance, reliability, and security.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices.
• Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize cloud operations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Cloud Development or Software Engineering.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Go, Java, Groovy, or C/C++.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies and Infrastructure Automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of Linux Administration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, and OpenAPI.
• Understanding of Cloud Security and networking protocols (DNS, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, PKI, BGP).
• Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• OpenStack experience.
• Experience contributing to Open Source projects.
• Knowledge of Cloud Native architectures.
• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes administration.
• Familiarity with Testing Frameworks (Robot Framework, Selenium).
• DevSecOps mindset.
