Job description
Areas of Responsibility:
• Remote installation, further development, and monitoring of IT infrastructure related to printing (hardware, cloud, and software)
• Receiving service requests and qualified processing in the ticket system
• Structured analysis of incoming issues with IT infrastructure, Canon devices, and associated software
• Coordination with specialized departments and collaborative problem-solving
• Performing administrative tasks (backup, maintenance)
• Documentation of customer environments, as well as technical challenges and their solutions
• Supporting renowned customers in diverse and long-term projects
Qualifications:
• Completed technical training in IT, office machines, multifunction systems, or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Experience in first- and second-level end-user support on-site, by phone, and remotely
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, servers, and clients
• Basic knowledge of networking technologies
• Proficient in using Microsoft client applications (e.g., Office, Teams)
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
