Description
Key Responsibilities
• Design and architecture of complex network systems (LAN, WAN, WLAN, ACI)
• Network integration and transition into existing IT landscapes
• Cost calculation and technical feasibility assessment of solutions
• Coordination with internal teams and customers for solution design
• Operation and support of complex network infrastructures
• Creation of implementation and operational concepts
• Technical consulting for customers (on-site and remote)
• Qualification of customer requirements and tenders
• Development of solution concepts and business cases
• Participation in cross-functional project teams
• Troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation management
• Technical point of contact for network-related topics
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in Network Architecture & Integration
• Expertise in Cisco technologies, ACI, Ethernet, WLAN
• Knowledge of Cisco, F5, Fortinet
• Certifications: CCNA / CCNP, ITIL Foundation
• Experience in IT projects and IT administration
• Understanding of cloud and virtualized environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Languages: German (fluent – mandatory), English (fluent – mandatory)
