Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of Presales TCs, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Certification Management: Oversee the certification process for Presales TCs, including the development of certification criteria, assessment methods, and tracking of certification status.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external training vendors, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the Presales TC team.
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure training programs are aligned with overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, certification status, and vendor performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a technical or presales environment.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
