Job Description:
• Design Control System Architecture (CSA) for industrial automation systems
• Develop and modify PLC & HMI programs
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems
• Integrate plant equipment and control systems within manufacturing environments
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
🎯 Key Skills Required
✔ 10+ years experience in PLC Programming & Industrial Automation
✔ PLC & HMI: Siemens, Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider
✔ SCADA Platforms: Wonderware, InTouch, ArchestrA
✔ Industrial Protocols: Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus
✔ Rockwell Hardware: ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PanelView, PowerFlex VFDs
✔ Knowledge of AutoCAD, electrical drawings, control schematics
✔ Experience in machine automation, motion control & manufacturing environments
✔ Familiarity with PackML, Safety PLC programming & automation standards
✔ Experience with system integration, commissioning & troubleshooting
✔ Basic knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure, SQL databases & networking
