Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and implementing new electrical solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Designing and optimizing technological processes
- Creating and verifying work plans and technical documentation
- Supporting production teams with technical guidance
- Conducting analysis, time measurements, and process optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Fluency in Polish (mandatory) and English (minimum B1 level)
- Experience in production/automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office and CAD tools (CATIA, Vector Tools – CAN)
- SEP certification is mandatory
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
