About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and safety-focused Construction Coordinator to support daily construction, material handling, and industrial work activities on-site. The role involves coordinating contractors, ensuring safety compliance, supporting project execution, and helping construction activities run smoothly and efficiently.

You will work closely with project teams, operations leaders, and contractors while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Construction Support
Support daily construction and industrial work activities
Identify and report safety risks or unsafe situations
Coordinate and approve work permits
Support contractors with material handling activities
Supervise equipment deliveries and truck unloading
Monitor high-risk construction tasks as safety coordinator
Share daily feedback and improvement ideas with the construction team
Project Support
Support construction planning and execution for ongoing projects
Analyze construction constraints and propose practical solutions
Help improve project schedules and reduce safety risks
Coordinate material handling and site logistics
Support small-scale projects independently when required
Work closely with project managers and site teams

Requirements

Experience in construction coordination, industrial projects, or site supervision
Good understanding of construction safety procedures and quality standards
Experience in material handling and contractor coordination
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in French and English (French is mandatory)
Positive attitude and supportive mindset

Nice to Have

Forklift or aerial platform certifications
Electrical certification (H0/B0)
Experience with crane operations
Experience in industrial or production environments
