Job Overview
We are looking for a Client Support Executive to deliver exceptional customer service and support business clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, resolve customer queries, maintain accurate records, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support to business clients via phone and email.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Assist customers with onboarding and process-related queries.
- Monitor and follow up on customer requests and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Client Services, or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills.
Language Requirements
- German: Native/Fluent (C2)
- English: Advanced (C1)
Preferred
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services (preferred but not mandatory).
