Location: Germany
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with TwinCAT (Beckhoff) programming
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming using Structured Text (ST)
- Experience in PLC-based control system development and integration
- Knowledge of electrical circuit diagrams and hardware systems
- Experience with verification and validation testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Fluent English communication skills
- German language skills are an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PLC-based automation and control systems
- Program and configure TwinCAT (Beckhoff) PLCs using Structured Text (ST)
- Develop automated testing environments for product verification and validation
- Integrate PLCs, I/O modules, sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces
- Perform verification and validation testing to ensure system performance and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Support product commissioning and provide technical support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation and testing systems
Qualifications:
- Degree or technical qualification in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC automation and industrial control systems
- Experience with TwinCAT (Beckhoff) and Structured Text (ST)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
