Description

Location: Germany

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with TwinCAT (Beckhoff) programming
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming using Structured Text (ST)
  • Experience in PLC-based control system development and integration
  • Knowledge of electrical circuit diagrams and hardware systems
  • Experience with verification and validation testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and hands-on approach
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • German language skills are an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop PLC-based automation and control systems
  • Program and configure TwinCAT (Beckhoff) PLCs using Structured Text (ST)
  • Develop automated testing environments for product verification and validation
  • Integrate PLCs, I/O modules, sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces
  • Perform verification and validation testing to ensure system performance and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Support product commissioning and provide technical support
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation and testing systems

Qualifications:

  • Degree or technical qualification in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC automation and industrial control systems
  • Experience with TwinCAT (Beckhoff) and Structured Text (ST)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
