Junior IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Location: Geretsried, Germany (Near Munich)

Work Model: Hybrid (Up to 2 days of home office per week)

Languages: German B2 and English C1

Key Responsibilities

* Provide remote and on-site IT support to customers.

* Administer and maintain Microsoft and Linux environments.

* Support and manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and backup solutions.

* Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure projects.

* Configure, install, and troubleshoot hardware and software.

* Work with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud solutions.

* Monitor systems and ensure reliable IT operations.

* Support customers with technical issues and infrastructure improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking.

* Familiarity with server administration, backup solutions, and system monitoring.

* Understanding of Microsoft or Linux environments.

* Knowledge of Exchange and SQL is an advantage.

* IT-related education, training, or equivalent practical experience.

* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

* Team-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused approach.

* German proficiency at B2 level and English proficiency at C1 level.
