Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure for business customers. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking, virtualization, and IT security, along with a strong customer-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers both on-site and remotely.
• Plan, install, configure, and maintain business IT infrastructure.
• Set up and manage Microsoft servers, terminal servers, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Work with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SQL, and firewall solutions.
• Manage virtualization environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
• Configure cloud services and cloud telephony solutions.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Support the sales team with technical questions and product solutions.
• Explain technical issues clearly to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or technical support.
• Experience in technical customer service.
• Very good knowledge of IT networks and networking technologies.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft server environments, terminal servers, Exchange, SQL, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Ability to configure and maintain IT systems and software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to work in a team.
• Valid Class B driving licence.
