Controller (m/f/d) Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, Germany (Hybrid)

As a Controller, you will support financial decision-making by providing data-driven insights, improving reporting processes, and collaborating closely with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare profitability analyses, business cases, and investment evaluations
• Develop and improve reporting systems and calculation models
• Handle ad-hoc financial analyses and present insights clearly
• Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders
• Support monthly & yearly closing, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or commercial training with finance focus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Controlling/Finance
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO or similar ERP systems
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Fluent German (C2 level) – mandatory
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
• High IT affinity and interest in data-driven processes
• Team player with strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in process optimization or reporting tools
• Background in IT services, public sector, or non-profit organizations
