Project Manager (SAP Finance Implementation)

Location : Bucharest, Romania (Remote, with occasional visits to the client office as required)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
2. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
4. Manage system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
5. Oversee SAP DRC and e-Invoicing compliance initiatives.
6. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements.
8. Optimize finance processes using SAP FICO best practices.
9. Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
10. Lead, guide, and motivate project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

1. professional experience.
2. Strong experience in SAP Finance and SAP FICO implementations.
3. Hands-on project management experience with SAP S/4HANA programs and global rollouts.
4. Experience with SAP DRC and e-Invoicing compliance projects.
5. Good knowledge of SAP FI, CO, COPA, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Treasury.
6. Experience in finance and ERP transformation programs.
7. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
8. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
9. Experience in managing global project teams and project governance.
