Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Description: As a Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production processes to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality production outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping and optimizing assembly processes, implementing LEAN methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Core Tasks:

• Define, redesign, automate, and optimize assembly processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize LEAN methods to streamline production processes and eliminate waste.
• Design, implement, and improve processes and technologies to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement measures to optimize production costs, ensure occupational safety, and enhance ergonomics.
• Conceptualize, procure, and oversee the realization of operating resources to support production needs.
• Lead the industrialization of new products, collaborating closely with the development team.
• Determine standard times for production activities to enable accurate planning and resource allocation.
• Manage and execute projects within the specified area of responsibility.

Additional Tasks:

• Provide support during audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in production engineering, with a focus on process optimization and LEAN methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Proficiency in operating resources procurement and management.
• Experience in industrialization of new products and collaboration with development teams.
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and ergonomic principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
