Description
Job Description :
- Analyze and optimize customer management processes in SAP CRM, S/4HANA Customer Management (CM), and SAP CX
- Design, customize, and implement SAP CRM/CM solutions including SAP UI5 and S/4HANA
- Develop and enhance applications using ABAP and ABAP OO
- Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities
- Act as a technical consultant and advisor to stakeholders
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work on digital transformation projects and support long-term client engagements
Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP CRM, S/4HANA CM, or Customer Management
- Hands-on experience in ABAP / ABAP OO development
- Knowledge of SAP UI5 and SAP CX is a plus
- Understanding of SAP implementation and customization processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP CRM/CM consulting or development
- Degree in Business Informatics, IT, or a related field
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and CRM projects
- Fluent German (C1 level) and good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
- Ability to work in a remote environment with flexibility
