IT Project Manager (m/f/d) Neustadt am Rübenberge, Germany (Hybrid)

Your Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will coordinate and support a variety of digitalization and IT projects — from billing system migrations to customer portal implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, and management while helping shape innovative solutions for the utility sector.

This position is also open to career starters and junior candidates with strong motivation and a good understanding of IT projects and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor multiple IT projects independently
• Track project status, milestones, budgets, and deadlines
• Develop a strong understanding of project requirements and challenges
• Proactively manage communication with stakeholders and project participants
• Support project controlling and reporting activities
• Prepare and send customer offers including pricing and discount calculations
• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
• Contribute to improving project processes and digital workflows

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in:
  • Business Informatics
  • Business Administration
  • Economic Psychology
  • or a comparable field
• Good understanding of IT projects, processes, and systems
• Initial experience in IT project management is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Solution-oriented and resilient working style
• Proactive and extroverted personality with enthusiasm for driving new ideas
• German language skills at minimum B2 level
