    Qualifications

Ideally, you have worked in a similar role as Process or Management Consultant in a global environment. We expect from you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Have solid experience in Process Management (preferred in Service / Operations) with a proven track record of achievements
• You own a solid Process Management toolbox that supports you in the continuous improvement journey
• Can analyse and transfer complex topics into simple language and solutions
• On a personal level it is very important that you possess developed skills in influencing and convincing
• Have experience with change management, data analytics and implementation
