Introduction

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of network and firewall infrastructure, virtualisation environments, Citrix, and cloud technologies.
  • Build and maintain technical knowledge of Elekta Linac systems and related medical IT products.
  • Stay updated with new product developments and adjust verification processes accordingly.

Verification Activities

  • Review technical requirements to ensure testability and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain test procedures for allocated system requirements.
  • Execute approved test cases, document detailed results, and report issues or blockers.
  • Work with the Test Lead and Test Facilities teams to ensure the test environment is ready.
  • Create detailed problem reports and support retesting of resolved issues.
  • Maintain systems under test at a known good baseline.

Project & Process Contribution

  • Support Test Leads in developing Verification Test Plans and identifying risks.
  • Ensure full adherence to internal verification and quality processes.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving verification procedures and tools.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Citrix CCA are highly preferred.

Awareness of the SAFe Agile Framework and agile testing practices.

Hands-on experience with:

MS Server/Workstation OS, MS SQL Server, Linux, Citrix Metaframe/XenApp

Microsoft Hyper-V tools (SCVMM, Live Migration, Dynamic Memory, etc.)

Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform

Knowledge of GUI test automation tools and deployment automation.
