Essential Skills:
3+ years of B2B sales experience
Full-cycle sales and business development
Lead generation and pipeline management
Cold calling and customer acquisition
CRM Systems knowledge
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of SpaceTech / Aerospace industry
Ability to manage complex client requirements
Fluent English communication skills
German language skills are an advantage
Responsibilities:
Drive new business development and customer acquisition
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Build and maintain strong sales pipelines
Identify and engage clients within the aerospace and defense sectors
Act as the main point of contact for customers and commercial discussions
Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate internally
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Develop long-term client relationships and support business growth
