Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by marketing and providing online B2B cross-border trading platform services to product suppliers.
- Analyze customer needs and industry characteristics to tailor professional e-commerce marketing programs.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide top-tier account servicing.
- Set short-term goals for selected customers, implement marketing initiatives, and achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to nurture key accounts and promote success stories.
- Gather feedback from key users to enhance the sourcing platform further.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- 3+ years of experience in account management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strategic thinking and creativity in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience in customer data analytics.
- Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) for effective communication with diverse audiences.
- Polished interpersonal skills with a dynamic and innovative drive.
- Outgoing personality, good listener, and effective team player.
