Head of Production Planning at Ottendorf-Okrilla, 01458 Germany

Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate the production planning team to ensure efficient and smooth production processes • Develop production strategies and goals in alignment with plant management • Create and optimize production plans considering customer requirements, capacities, and resources • Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions for efficiency improvement • Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean principles and other efficiency-enhancing measures in consultation with plant management • Ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints • Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as sales, procurement, manufacturing, and other RITZ Group facilities to ensure smooth flow of information

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field • Several years of experience in production planning, preferably in a managerial role • Proficient in production planning software and MS Office, especially Excel • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with problem-solving ability • Excellent leadership and team orientation • Effective communication and assertiveness • Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic work environment • Good command of both German and English
