Responsibilities: -Solve and implement quality problems, identify potential risks and failures; Prevent problems from the source, guide technicians to carry out mechanism research, and solve problems thoroughly. -Establish supplier management mechanism, promote supplier problem solving and guarantee product quality through supplier management, audit and help modes. -Carry out technical document review, design change management, improve the stability and control of production process. -Carry out equipment maintenance and management, set up equipment maintenance and equipment technical team, provide equipment support for the production process through equipment performance research, preventive maintenance, and abnormal response. -Based on equipment management, carry out in-depth energy management work to reduce energy waste. Skills： -Have basic collection, sorting, analysis, implementation, thinking and coping, decision-making skills -Have certain communication skills, interpersonal skills, and spiritual abilities. -Office software application skills. -English& Czech -Master the effective use of VDA6.3, conduct supplier audit, and promote supplier problem rectification. -Familiar with CAD 2D, UG or CATIA 3D tools, able to perform basic operations -Familiar with quality work such as ""5Y"" and ""8D"", able to issue solutions for common quality problems, carry out quality improvement activities, and continuously improve product quality. -Have certain organization and coordination ability, be able to communicate well with other departments. -Have the ability of staff training, able to train staff at all levels for the future construction of the department.
